Mark Hintz • CEO
Mark Hintz is one of the owners of Publishers Service Associates. Mark started his career at Reader’s Digest in New York, then worked at Grit Publishing as General Manager, then as vice-president at Cowles Magazines, before starting his own business.
Mark is a magazine circulation expert, and has launched several magazines including SCI FI, the official magazine of the Sci Fi channel, Country’s Best Log Homes, Luxury Log Homes, Vacation Log Homes, Realms of Fantasy Magazine, Military Heritage Magazine and WWII History.

Jason DeBloois • Technical Services Director
Jason DeBloois is our director of technical services, and oversees the day to day
IT operations of PSA. Jason came on board in
May of 2005, and previously was special projects director of
Newsletter Holdings LLC in Mclean Va.

Kathy Paulhamus •
Manager of Fulfillment & Training
Kathy Paulhamus is our manager of fulfillment and training. Kathy was fulfillment manager of Grit Publishing for over 20 years, and personally oversaw data entry, caging and customer service operations.
Kathy has hired many of the best CSR’s from her old company.

Bonnie Ford • Manager of Client Relations
Bonnie Ford is our manager of client relations. Bonnie started with us as a customer service representative, and has grown with the company. She understands the importance of great customer service. It is her job to be
the liaison between our many clients and the staff, to make sure the
clients needs are being met in a timely manner.

Ken Fornwalt •
Manager of Database & List Processing
Ken Fornwalt is our manager of database and list processing.
Ken served as manager of the IT department for Grit Publishing, a weekly magazine with 550,000 paid circulation for over 20 years. While at Grit, he personally wrote a merge purge program so stringent that it was copied by others in the industry. Ken is a postal expert and a database expert.
